Built inside industrial supply chains
FCT was founded in Singapore in 2017 to solve a concrete problem: large agro-industrial operations in West Africa — edible oil refineries, food manufacturers, plastics producers — needed a dependable partner at the heart of global commodity flows. We became that partner, managing their inbound supply end to end: crude and refined oils, polymer resins for packaging, machinery and spare parts, with the financing, quality control and logistics each shipment demands.
From ingredients to finished goods
Working this close to production gave us something rare: a working knowledge of what West African consumers buy, how products are made, and what it takes to put them on a shelf. So we moved naturally up the chain. Beyond supplying plants, we began trading finished goods — tomato paste, pasta, rice, sugar, milk products — and developing private-label ranges that our clients sell under their own brands.
